How do I place a custom order?

You can contact us by phone or email to discuss the items you'd like to have made. We will confirm the design requirements with you and provide you with a quote. Once everything is finalized, we'll submit the order to our workshop. We require a fifty-percent deposit upon order, and the remaining amount is due upon pickup (or prior to shipping or delivery).

 

How long will it take for my custom order to be ready?

Our turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks.

 

Do you deliver?

We offer local delivery and assembly to the Bay Area and surrounding cities. Our delivery fee starts at $30.

 

Can you ship?

Yes, we can ship to most places in the U.S. and other countries. For custom orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

What is your return policy?

Items purchased in-store that are in new, unused condition may be exchanged within 21 days for store credit. Custom orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
